This Tubular Latch is a great choice for both Lever Handles or Door Knobs, benefiting from many features such as neat dust-box to conceal chisel marks on the door casing, a secondary removable forend, hardened steel follower, a precision-guided latch-bolt, and heavy dual spring system. All housed in a heavy-duty rectangular steel tube for easy fitting.

The term double sprung tubular latch means the latch has a separate spring for the Latch-bolt (tongue) action, which allows a smooth, soft close to the door. The Tubular latch features a separate spring for the spindle follower, with a heavy-action return spring to ensure heavy levers are always returned to the horizontal position.

The double sprung tubular latch is an excellent choice for use with door-knobs, as it is available in lengths up to 150mm.
